Imprinted any standard ceramic
color one or two sides in area: 2 3/4"w x 2 3/4"h or wraparound: 7
13/16"w x 2 3/4"h (specify). For each additional imprint color, add
$.25 (g) each plus screen (maximum 5), add 5 days to production
time. For 22K gold or platinum imprint (not dishwasher or microwave
safe) up to 4 square inches, add $.50 (c) each per side. Add initial
one-time screen charge $31.25 (g) per imprint color. For UPS,
Federal Express, or FedEx Ground, claims can only be filed if "Superbox"
used, add $3.60 (g) per case of 36.
