Printed two colors - blue & black. Copy printed in black on backer sheet up to 4 lines straight type. For additional lines add $4.25 (g) per line. Add $15 (g) one time for custom logo reproduction from camera-ready art. Imprint color change from black to another standard color add $43.75 wash-up plus $.07 1/2 each. Faxed proof $15. Union label available, no charge. Can combine B916 and B1950S to meet 300 minimum, black imprint must be same on all. Printing on inside back sheet above advertisement available at no extra charge. Plain envelopes available $13.75 per 100 (not inserted), add $18.75  to insert (weight with envelopes 3.6 oz. each).
