How do I place an order?

What is a Base Price?
It is the price of the item before charges for set-up, art, shipping and handling, extra imprint colors and other services are applied.
Are the colors of the items shown on your website accurate?
Color samples shown are to be used as a guide only.  Due to variances in the photographic processes, slight differences in the product colors may occur.  If a product is to be used for a particular "color" coordinated promotion and product color is a significant part of the promotion, we ask that you order a random sample or a product proof prior to production.
What is in-factory production time?
The actual number of days required by the factory to produce the finished product after proof approval.  Production times indicated are approximate and do not include delivery time, order processing, proof approval, etc.  All production times listed are "approximate" and cannot be guaranteed due to variations depending on seasonal changes.  Times quoted are actual "working days" (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).  Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and time for orders to reach the factory and 3-5 for delivery by UPS ground.  For "Special Event Dated" items, see below.
Can you meet my event date?
Do not "assume" that a specific date can be met if the item ordered is for a special event and would be worthless to you if delivered after the date.  Each case must be specially authorized.  Merchandise failing to arrive by a specific event date, providing the event date was a condition of the original order, may be refused by you and returned.  We are not responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from missed event dates.
Can I submit my own artwork?
All suppliers require clean, sharp black and white artwork for reproduction of custom logos.  Artwork should be color separated for multi-color imprints.  Artwork can be sent to us via email at PL4adproducts@comcast.net at the time of order.  If you cannot supply camera-ready art, the in-house art department can prepare most logos from your copy for a flat charge of $30.00 per logo per color.  All art is subject to a quote.
What is a set-up charge?
Depending upon the production method, the item and the price structured charged, a set-up charge may apply.  Consult the specific item for these charges.  Generally, manufacturers maintain files for a maximum of 24 months.  Reorders placed after the 24 month period will require a new set-up charge.
What if I need a specific color?
Standard imprint colors vary from item to item and manufacturer to manufacturer.  If a specific PMS color match is required, contact us for pricing for the specific product as each manufacturer will have their own pricing policy.
Can I set up a future delivery?
Generally, manufacturers can accommodate orders calling for delivery at some future date.  However, all orders must be completed and shipped no later than December 31, 2008.   At this time, shipments cannot be scheduled into 2009.
What if my imprint is more than one color?
Unless specifically stated on the product page, all pricing includes single color only printing in a single location.  For items not listing multi-color or multi-location printing as an option, contact us.
Can I see what the imprint will look like prior to production?
Paper proofs of the proposed imprint copy can be provided on each item upon request (a charge may apply).  Product may also be available on certain items (a charge may apply).  A pre-production proof may be requested at time of order.  The charge for the pre-production proof is determined by the factory.
How can I get a sample?
You may request a sample at time of order.
What are under-run and over-run?
Due to the very nature of automated high-speed production equipment and methods, it is not possible to guarantee exact quantities.  It is industry standard practice to allow for an over-run of 5% on certain items.  Some items even run as much as 30% over-run in higher quantities.  Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped.
