As a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor, you are an independent contractor.  You call on businesses and sell products when, where and as often or infrequently as you like.  No quotas, no reports.  You are your own boss.  You simply utilize the selling materials available, make business contacts and write the orders.  Everything else is taken care of for you by Kaeser and Blair, Inc.  You do not have to accept deliveries, count inventories, borrow and collect money, or purchase printing equipment to produce.  You sell the order send it into Kaeser and Blair, Inc.  It is the responsibility of Kaeser and Blair, Inc. to find the product source, order the product, pay for the product, make delivery directly to your customer and invoice and collect from your customer.
For your efforts, Kaeser and Blair, Inc. will pay you a commission on each and every transaction.  There are no hold-backs and no minimum orders on which commissions are paid.  Some Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributors average about 22% commission depending on the size of the order, the nature of the merchandise sold, the selling material selected and the final price set by the distributor.  On the other hand, it could be as high as 32 1/2% if you qualify.

Accelerated Commissions
Here's how the Accelerated Commissions Program works:
If you are new to the industry, or currently doing less than $50,000 in sales, the standard industry commissions, based on a 50/50 split, would apply if you are a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor.
If you're doing a total volume (not necessarily all Kaeser and Blair, Inc.) of $50,000 up to $99,000, Kaeser and Blair, Inc. offers you an accelerated basis of 55% of the profits generated on every transaction if you are a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor.
If you're doing a total industry volume of $100,000 to $149,000, then Kaeser and Blair, Inc. offers you an accelerated basis of 60% of the profits generated on every transaction if you are a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor.
If you're doing a total industry volume of $150,000 or more, then Kaeser and Blair, Inc. offers you an accelerated basis of 65% of the profits generated on every transaction if you are a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor.
If you begin at the 60% level and your sales at the end of the quarter, when annualized, are less than the minimum $100,000 required, then you are adjusted to the 55% level.  If you are at 60% and your annualized sales increase to $150,000 or more, your commission basis is increased immediately to 65%, the maximum.
Commissions will be split 50/50 on order transactions which total gross profit of 25% or less.  Orders with total gross profits of less than 20% will be reviewed and commission rate will be negotiated.
Once you qualify and maintain the appropriate sales levels, the Accelerated Commissions are advanced in full as part of your regular commission payments.  You do not have to wait until year end to receive a deflated bonus payment!  The acceleration is directly related to volume.  The percentages remain constant even when it is necessary to reduce or discount a selling price for a customer.  If you become a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor and if you qualify, accelerations may start with your very next order!
The Accelerated Commissions program is conditional.  Accelerations are based on annualized volume that is reviewed quarterly.
You must submit documentation to Kaeser and Blair, Inc. of your overall annual volume.  Profitability is another prerequisite.  Every Kaeser and Blair, Inc distributor on the Acceleration Commissions Program must be in good standing.  Minimums must be maintained for qualification.
If the qualifying volume was previously produced through another promotional product distributor (other than Kaeser and Blair, Inc.), you must be willing to commit that volume to Kaeser and Blair, Inc. in order to begin the Acceleration Program
SubDealer Overrides (paid monthly - not a multi-level marketing plan)
Until others earn money for you, your income potential is limited to the amount of time you spend personally, on the business of making money.  Kaeser and Blair, Inc. includes the profit potential of marketing promotional products through a network of SubDealers.  You have an opportunity to build a sales organization without the administrative headaches or financial obligations inherent in building a distributorship.  Also, you would have no sales management obligations.  Some of the top producers were previously independent promotional product distributors who found Kaeser and Blair, Inc.'s opportunity more profitable than even their own distributorships.  SubDealers have all the rights, privileges and responsibilities as any other distributor through this opportunity.  They receive full commissions and can even qualify for the Accelerated Commissions Program.  Overrides are not taken out of SubDealers' commissions, nor from inflated selling prices.  A Kaeser and Blair, Inc. distributor's benefit or compensation under this program will be 20% of the total earnings or commissions paid to each of the SubDealers and that 20% is borne 100% by Kaeser and Blair, Inc.  Overrides on SubDealers earning accelerated commissions are adjusted accordingly.
Below Market Prices
As a promotional product professional, you already have many industry published catalogs all with established suggested list prices available to every competitor in your area.  However, as a Kaeser and Blair, Inc. promotional product distributor, you will have available to you the Best Buys 2008 catalog containing discounted products (some drastically).  You won't have the lowest price on the products price on products featured in the Best Buys 2008 catalog available every time, all the time, but you will have the lowest price available on those products 95% of the time!!!  In many cases, your sales ability, product knowledge, and your ability to design programs for your customers will preclude the need to use the Best Buys 2008 catalog, however, this catalog will give you all the leverage, the price advantage and the market domination you will ever need to out-price, out perform and out maneuver the competition.
